By accessing a DM Media client gallery, you agree to the following terms:

Usage and sharing
You may view, download, and share delivered images or videos for personal use and social posting. Do not sell, sublicense, or use the files for advertising, endorsements, or other commercial purposes unless you have written permission from DM Media. Do not remove watermarks from proofs. Do not apply heavy edits, filters, AI restyling, or modifications that materially change the look of the work.

Gallery access and availability
Galleries are intended for the client and approved recipients. Do not share passwords or private links with unauthorized parties. Galleries and download links may be removed or archived after a reasonable period, so please download and back up your files promptly.

Prints and products
If prints or products are offered, colors may vary by screen and print process. Product orders are final unless an item arrives damaged or materially defective.

Copyright
DM Media retains copyright to all images and videos. Your access and downloads are a limited license, not a transfer of ownership.
